Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are accepted. Withdrawals require a fully verified account. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000; the maximum per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. 888sl reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

  • "888sl" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 888sl online casino and sportsbook platform operated at https://888sl.pro and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
  • "Member" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 888sl platform or who accesses any part of the platform for the purpose of placing wagers or playing games.
  • "Account" — the personal account created by a Member following successful registration and identity verification, through which all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus claims are processed.
  • "IDR" / "Rupiah" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole account currency supported by 888sl. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are denominated in IDR.
  • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and address verification process that 888sl may require a Member to complete before approving withdrawals, applying bonuses, or continuing account access.
  • "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Member on a game outcome, sporting event, or other betting market made available on the 888sl platform.
  • "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, deposit match, or other incentive awarded by 888sl to a Member, subject to the bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or a Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction applied to a Member's Account at the Member's own request, preventing the Account from being used to place wagers for a defined or indefinite period.
  • "Intellectual Property" — all trademarks, logos, game content, software, images, text, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to 888sl.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the 888sl platform, or placing any Wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 888sl and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the following documents which are incorporated herein by reference:

  • The Privacy Policy, which governs how 888sl collects, uses, and stores your personal data.
  • The Responsible Gaming Policy, which outlines the tools and obligations relating to safer gambling practices.
  • Any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you at the time an offer is made available to your Account.

888sl reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active 888sl Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. 888sl is strictly an adults-only platform. Any individual under 21 is absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any paid feature of the platform.
  • You must be a resident of Indonesia and be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under laws directly applicable to you as an individual.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate, institutional, or third-party account registrations are not permitted.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 888sl or any of its software and game-studio partners.
  • You must not be subject to a Self-Exclusion order on your Account or have been permanently banned from the platform for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • You must hold a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, consistent with the identity details provided during registration, for the purpose of processing withdrawals.
888sl takes the 21+ age restriction with the utmost seriousness. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation — including a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence — at any stage. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 888sl platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection. Any funds held in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 888sl may cross-reference this information against third-party identity databases as part of the KYC process.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888sl Login credentials, including your username and password. 888sl will never ask you to share your password via any channel.
  • You must notify 888sl immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 888sl accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep login credentials secure.
  • 888sl reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
  • All KYC documentation submitted must be genuine. Submission of forged, altered, or third-party identity documents will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Account closure requests submitted by the Member will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's nominated IDR account.

Deposits

888sl accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP (bank transfer), and DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same legal name as the 888sl Member Account.

  • The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual transaction caps may apply based on payment provider constraints.
  • 888sl does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 888sl's control and are the Member's responsibility.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not in the Member's own name) are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
  • 888sl reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding a cumulative threshold, as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
  • If a deposit is not credited to your 888sl wallet within the stated processing window (instant for e-wallets; 1–5 minutes for bank transfers), contact live support immediately with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same legal name as the 888sl Member Account. 888sl does not support third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit is Rp 50.000.000 unless a higher limit has been individually approved in writing by 888sl.
  • Fully verified accounts are eligible for withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for e-wallet destinations and within 5–60 minutes for bank transfer destinations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending the submission and approval of required documentation. 888sl will notify the Member of any outstanding KYC requirements via the registered email address.
  • Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before the Wagering Requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of those funds.
  • 888sl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, account compromise, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Processing may be delayed during such reviews.
  • 888sl will not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

888sl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

  • All bonuses require the Member to opt in explicitly before claiming. Bonuses will not be applied retroactively to deposits made before opting in.
  • Each bonus carries a specific Wagering Requirement, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), eligible game list (for casino bonuses), time limit, and maximum withdrawal value derived from bonus winnings. These parameters are disclosed in full on the promotion page before opt-in.
  • Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms.
  • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim new-member offers, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profits, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or wagering on games excluded from bonus playthrough — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
  • 888sl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed by a Member and in active playthrough will be honoured under the terms communicated at the point of claim.
  • Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal.

Betting & Gaming Rules

  • Live in-play betting odds are subject to real-time fluctuation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to that wager. 888sl is not responsible for connection delays on the Member's side that result in bet placement at odds different from those initially displayed.
  • 888sl's Random Number Generator (RNG) for all digital casino games is independently certified and audited. Results are not subject to manipulation by 888sl staff or software. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed individual session outcomes.
  • 888sl reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at any time, at its sole discretion, including for Members who have been identified as professional or advantage players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888sl platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

  • Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity, real or fictitious.
  • Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and withdrawing them as ostensibly legitimate winnings.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, spin games, exploit bonuses, or circumvent platform security measures.
  • Colluding with other Members — including in live poker, live dealer, or any peer-versus-peer game format — to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Providing false identity information, submitting forged KYC documents, or impersonating another individual in any interaction with 888sl.
  • Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes on the sportsbook. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or game error will be voided.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts the experience of other Members, including through abusive conduct in live chat features or support channels.
  • Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to misrepresent your location or identity.

Responsible Gaming

888sl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become harmful. Every 888sl Member has free and immediate access to the following responsible gaming tools via their Account dashboard:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888sl, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the 888sl platform, even if 888sl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond 888sl's reasonable control (force majeure).
  • Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment gateway, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
  • Any losses incurred as a result of the Member's failure to keep their Account credentials secure, including losses from unauthorised access to the Account.
  • The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided on the platform for any purpose other than the specific purpose for which it was designed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 888sl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

888sl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 888sl will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to protect platform security.

The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the 888sl platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888sl is licensed and incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and 888sl, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
